How to Use

1. Remove the muslin bag and herbal bath bag from plastic packaging

2. Puncture the herbal bath bag (5–10 small holes)

3. Place the herbal bath bag inside the muslin bag

4. Toss into a bathtub or foot soak basin

5. Soak for 30–60 minutes

6. Dispose of the herbal bath bag insert after use

7. Rinse and reuse the muslin bag
