How to Use

For Bath Use:

• Remove the inner pouch from the muslin bag

• Gently poke a few small holes in the pouch

• Place the pouch back into the muslin bag

• Add to warm bath water and allow to steep

• Soak for 15–20 minutes

For Foot Soak:

• Place prepared pouch into a basin of warm water

• Allow to steep before use

For Shower Steam:

• Place pouch in a corner of the shower away from direct water stream

• Allow steam to activate the botanicals

Important Notes

• Botanicals have been previously infused in oils and may leave a light conditioning feel on the skin or bath surface
